Detailed Product Description

This product is a kind of high-strength inorganic adhesive specially
developed in allusion to the case that common cement cannot be used
as the light construction material, polystyrene board. It can substitute
various organic cementing agents, lowering greatly the cost of construction.

Features and benefits:
1) Firm adhesion, excellent weather, so as to ensure the permanent
firmness and adhesion of light construction materials
2) Thin mortar technology adopted, with 1.5 - 3mm thick mortar, so
as to lower the weight of building and the cold and heat bridge
in the insulation layers
3) With proper flexibility, able to compensate the temperature difference
stress between the light construction materials and outer decoration
paints due to difference from expansion coefficients
4) Safe, innocuous, anti-mildew and flameproof
5) A certain water resistance

Application scope:
1) The sticking between the polystyrene foam boards of outer insulated
system of the external wall and the basic surface wall, and
render of the protection layer of the foam board
2) The sticking between such light boards as outer wall foam board
decoration line, expanded perlite and so on with the basic surface
3) The bricking mortar for air-added concrete brick, ash sand brick,
powdered coal ash light brick, and gypsum bricklaying
4) Sticking or bricking materials for foam board indoor partition,
indoor and outdoor insulated board

Substrate preparation:
The substrate should be firm, even and free from grease or other loose
substance.

Instruction:
1) Mix powder and water at ratio of 3.57:1 (i.e. 20kg powdered: 5.6kg
water), then mix with an electrical mixer until it is equal, lump-free
mixture is achieved; let it stand for 3 minutes, then re-stir and ready to
use
2) When it is used for the sticking between the polystyrene foam board,
foam decoration line and the substrate notched trowel, use to spread
the adhesive onto the substrate or the back of the foam, the
foam decoration line, also point pasting method can be used;
following application should be done more than 24 hours
after this application
3) When laying light bricks, the moving and adjustment shall be finished
within 10 minutes

1) Tensile and bonding strength (with 20kg/m³ cement board):
a) Normal strength: ≥0.7MPa
b) Water resistance: ≥0.5MPa
2) Tensile and bonding strength (with 20kg/m³ cement board):
a) Normal strength: ≥0.1MPa
b) Water resistance: ≥0.1MPa
3) Operability time: 2.0±0.5h

Dosage:
For the evenness of the basic surface, use notched trowel method or
pasting point method, approx. 3 ~ 4kgsm

Precautions:
1) The product had better be used at 5°C - 40°C
2) Before application, please confirm the vertically and evenness of the
substrate
3) If the surface of the adhesive cement is dry, please remove the surface
crusting
4) Do not add water to the cured adhesive and use it again

Shelf life:
It can be put in the cool and dry place and can be saved for one year if
not opened.
