Application scope:
1) The finish protection layer of the surface of the polystyrene foam board in the
external thermal insulation system
2) The protection layer of the polystyrene foam board decoration line
3) The interface treatment and finish render of such light boards as external wall
foam board decoration line, expanded perlite
4) The render for high-class paint

Substrate preparation:
The surface of the bottom material should be clear, free from grease or other
loose substance.

Instruction:
1) Mix powder and water at ratio of 3.57:1 (i.e. 20kg powdered: 5.6kg water), then
stir with an electrical mixer until equal, lump-free is achieved; let it stand
for 3-5 minutes, then re-stir and ready to use
2) Apply it on the work surface with a trowel equally
3) When it is used for the reinforced protection layer of the glass fiber of the
polystyrene foam and foam decoration line, equally apply it one the work surface
with a trowel, then press down the fiber net with a trowel then trowel it even;
after it dries for 24 hours, have the second construction, similar to the first
construction, mop the mortar onto the work surface, trowel it even, then let
it maintain in the current state for 7 days, another process can be conducted

3) Operability time: 2.0±0.5h

Dosage:
Control the thickness at 2.0-3.0mm, use trowel to mop the mortar, approx. 3.0-4.0kg/m²

Precautions:
1) The product had better be used at 5-40°C
2) Other coating should not be done until the base coat is entirely dry and cured
(approx. 3-7 days)
3) Do not add water into the cured mortar and reuse it

Shelf life:
Unopened bags can be stored for one year in a cool and dry environment.
