Application scope:
1) To be executed polymer modified cementitious waterproofing ceramic
(JC/T89T-2001)
2) Apply for damp-proof and waterproof of industrial building structure with
potential microcrack and damp environment

Surface preparation:
1) The surface should be sound, clean and free from any contaminants such
as oil, grease, concrete curing agent
2) Obvious pore and crack must be plastered with repair mortar, and sharp
edge must be removed

Instruction:
1) The mixing ratio: 25kg powder: 18kg additive: 0 - 1kg of water
2) Pour a suitable amount of additive into a clean container and slowly add
the powder into liquid with constant stirring until the lump-free mixture is
achieved; add a little water if necessary for easy workability
3) Keeping interval mixing to avoid deposition
4) The second coat is applied after the first layer is dried and spread vertically;
the third coat is applied when necessary

Dosage:
The thickness of the painted film shall be 1.0 - 1.2mm; 20 - 25sqm/set

Note:
The above-mentioned dosage is for the case when the substrate is even.

Precautions:
1) Do not use fan to fasten drying
2) Other coating should not be done until the waterproof layer is entirely dry
and cured
3) Do not use the product with the temperature below 0°C or in the
condition that is very damp
4) Do not mix the cured slurry with water and reuse it

Shelf life:
Unopened powder bags can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool/dry
environment. Liquid additive can be stored for up to 6 months.
